I’ve made a couple of transfers and one withdrawal on titan.com so far, it went smoother than I expected. It wasn’t instant, but everything processed without any hassle, and I didn’t have to contact support or follow up on anything. Straightforward overall, with no weird delays on my end.

I didn’t have a good experience with the returns at all. The process was frustrating, and then the fees made it feel even worse. it kind of felt like there were extra charges I wasn’t clearly warned about upfront, which left me wondering if there were hidden fees involved. Not really for me.

I did get the help I needed in the end, but the replies took longer than I expected. I’m guessing other customers might feel the same way if they’re waiting on something urgent. Overall, the support was okay, just not very quick.
